Lonzino is salted with Cervia salt, after the washing and drying phases, it is sprinkled with orange peels free of chemical treatments and a pinch of sterilised Tellicherry pepper and then encased in a natural pig gut.
At the end of the aging process (from 2 to 5 months) , oranges give the Lonzino a pleasant citrus taste.
It can be sold whole, sliced or vacuum packed.
