We promote in the wonderful city of Prague, the”Bue grasso del Montefeltro”( the fat ox of the Montefeltro) uniquely from Marchigiana PGI breed .
After only few months since we started supplying this restaurant in Prague, Riccardo Lucque , the owner, called and congratulated on the high quality products, given that his restaurant has become a reference point in the city, not only to taste tender and tasty meat, but also for those who search, at the same time, for quality food and food safety.
For this reason I was asked to participate in a press conference on the ox of the Montefeltro and to my surprise I found myself in front of a large audience which allowed me to talk to the journalists for two hours, not only about the ox and other products of ours , but also about the business that nowadays revolves around the meat , at the expense of food safety.
The event was held on the 23rd
-24th of February, 201, in the restaurant “La Finestra “ in Prague, Czech Republic
I was Interviewed by 14 representatives of known newspapers of the Czech Republic and two gastronomists who write on their monthly magazine.
