Cured meat preserved in beeswax
Why using beeswax? Beeswax contributes and facilitates transpiration in the same way as skin, wood and egg shell.
Beeswax create a natural coating which protects food after its aging and prevents it from unpleasant tastes and smells, such as for example in vacuum packs.
It is a chemically stable substance which resists to oxidation and hydrolysis and it does not dissolve in water. It resists cold and liquifies above 62 degrees.
Transport for long journey does not affect the product.
Beeswax does not alter chemical, physical and internal organoleptic composition of the product in any way.
Intact cured meat can be preserved out of the fridge and then when it has been opened you have to store it in the fridge.
There are no contraindications if it is accidentally swallowed.
The protection of beeswax prevents from product's rapid drying, guaranteeing the possibility to stock cured meats without being afraid of times consumption or waste of product.
