Rimini-  On the  8th March ,the day   dedicated to women of our territory,  is organized an event  by the Equal Opportunity Department  in collaboration with the Municipality of S. Leo and S Marino Republic.
On the occasion of  Women's  day a few events have been organized to reflect on the women's role in modern times.
The initiatives will begin tomorrow at 11 a.m. , in the Sala degli Archi, with the prize “Successful female entrepreneur”, now in its sixth edition,  dedicated to the value of  female entrepreneurship. It is  organized in collaboration  with CNA and Confartigianato.
This year the associations decided to dedicate the prize to dynamic and creative female entrepreneurs, betting on themselves and interested in the culture of innovation and excellence  in the management of enterprises in  hairstyle and cosmetic sectors.
The ten entrepreneurs awarded, equally divided between CNA and Confartigianato are:  Enrica Sebastiani, Annamaria Sacanna, Meri Monaldi, Rossella Fareco, Polverelli Adele, Baldacci Silvana, Cancellieri Luciana, Conti Maria Grazia, Giordano Marina e Magnani Annamaria,   with the addiction of other two coming from the high Valmarecchia: Cedrini Donatella e Pandolfi Benedetta.

Celebrations will  keep on in the afternoon : at 4 p.m in the  Sala degli Archi di Piazza Cavour, prof. Alessandro Meluzzi will participate with a  public meeting on the theme:
“Women's life in modern times” organized  in collaboration with S.Leo Municipality  and Kiwanis Club in S .Marino.
The meeting will see the participation of two women coming from our territory, who are  authors of two books dealing with feminine universe.
Milena Ercolani will present the book “Figlie della luna”a saga of feminine figures telling pleased, strong and  touching stories concerning the many facets of women's soul.
Rosalba Corti with the book “Siate la tempesta”   proposes a straightforward portrait of real women  trying to balance work, family and personal life.
In closing  of this day's celebrations, dedicated to women , there will be the meeting
“Feminine myths and  rites from the past to the future” which will be held in S.Leo in the
 Palazzo Mediceo at 7 p.m  and will finish  at 9 p.m.  with a buffet dinner.
