In the service it is praised our patent of the Mandolino of the Montefeltro and exclusively announced our new production of cured meats preserved in ashes of the bread ovens of Maiolo.
The pairing with ashes of Maiolo's ovens is a news, while the preservation is a very ancient method, therefore, we look forward to test our first cured meats at the beginning of 2013
Note: An other pleasant surprise from today, the Mandolino of the Montefeltro is presented in “Il Mondo del Gusto” , both on line and in the journal , promoting also our incomparable territory.
