We came back to Prague on occasion of the Food Festival event, on the 27-28-29 of May 2011.
We proudly presented three products coming from Valmarecchia: our bovine meat uniquely from Marchigiana PGI breed , Celli's naturally aged and preservatives-free hams and the bread of “ancient wheat flour” stone milled at Ronci mill, prepared with mastery by Fabrizio, in his ancient oven in Pontemessa of Pennabilli (RN).
